The origins
Ernesto Avanzini, lawyer, and Luciano Cacciani, chartered accountant, started their own businesses in the early post-war period. Back then they assisted companies and private citizens in the Parma area and cooperated on significant and important projects with local companies and institutions. Over the years their respective firms grew in status and workload. Ernesto Avanzini's firm was soon joined by Ernesto's son Guido Maria. The other son Alfredo Avanzini joined forces with Luca

Brunazzi, Maurizio Cacciani, Marcello Ziveri and, together, founded the first legal law firm in Parma. Alberto Cacciani joined Luciano Cacciani's firm, which had been joined by Andrea Rinaldi long before, and in 1989 the professional association "STUDIO CACCIANI" was established. Cooperation between lawyers and chartered accountants increased over the years.
